How does StoryBuddy create stories?
StoryBuddy uses the child profile details, prompt choices, and story preferences you provide to generate personalized bedtime stories. Some story text and illustrations may be generated with the assistance of AI services.
Do I have to upload a child photo?
No. A child photo is optional. If a parent chooses to upload one, StoryBuddy may use it to personalize illustrations. If no photo is uploaded, StoryBuddy can still create stories without it.
How is the child photo used?
If you choose to upload a child photo, it may be processed by StoryBuddy and trusted third-party AI providers to personalize generated illustrations for that request. Please only upload a photo if you are comfortable using it for that purpose.
Will StoryBuddy offer subscriptions?
StoryBuddy may offer subscriptions or other in-app purchases through the App Store. Exact pricing, offers, and billing details are shown in the app or App Store at the time of purchase.
How do I restore purchases?
Open StoryBuddy, go to the app’s purchase or settings area, and use the restore purchases option. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple account used for the original purchase.
How do I cancel a subscription?
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account subscription settings on your device. Apple handles billing for App Store subscriptions.
How is my information handled?

Can I contact support by phone?
Customer support is handled by email. App review contact details used during submission are not public customer support numbers.
